We are not responsible for any abuse or misuse of your Account by third parties due to your disclosure, whether intentional or accidental, whether active or passive, of your login details to any third party. 2.2.5 Employees, former employees of service providers, and/or affiliated persons are not permitted to register accounts on the Website and cannot exploit the services and promotions available on it. The same restrictions apply to immediate family members and related persons of the individuals described above.

2.2.6 You cannot transfer, sell, or pledge Your Account to another person. This prohibition includes the transfer of any assets of value of any kind, including but not limited to ownership of accounts, winnings, deposits, bets, rights, and/or claims in connection with these assets, legal, commercial, or otherwise. The prohibition on said transfers also includes, but is not limited to, the encumbrance, pledging, assigning, usufruct, trading, brokering, hypothecation, and/or gifting in cooperation with a fiduciary or any other third party, company, natural or legal individual, foundation, and/or association in any way, shape, or form.

4. DEPOSITS

6. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND CLOSURE

6.3.1 An account shall be considered dormant if no activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.

14.3.2 ADR services are free of charge to the player.

14.4 7SPIN will store all complaint records for a minimum of five (5) years and report complaint statistics twice annually to the Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA).

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

15.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

16. FINANCIAL STATUS

16.1 We are not a financial institution.

16.2 Funds held in your account do not earn interest and are not protected by any deposit guarantee scheme.

17. FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, internet outages, governmental actions, or failures of third-party systems or services.

18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

18.2 In the event of any discrepancy between translated versions of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

19. GOVERNING LAW

19.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao.

19.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the use of the Website and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
